    Installation

    • Prepare the Foundation:

      • Dig a trench along the marked path to accommodate the track. The trench should be deep enough to fully embed the track in concrete.
    • Prepare the Concrete:
      • Mix the concrete according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure that the mixture is consistent and smooth.
    • Lay the Track:
      • Place the sliding gate track into the trench. Ensure the track is level and properly aligned with the gate’s movement path.
      • Use a spirit level to verify that the track is perfectly horizontal, ensuring smooth gate operation.
    • Pour the Concrete:
      • Carefully pour the concrete into the trench, embedding the gate track.
      • Use a trowel to spread and smooth the concrete around the track, ensuring that the track remains level and secure.
    • Final Adjustments:
      • Double-check the alignment and level of the track as the concrete sets.
      • Allow the concrete to cure according to the recommended time (usually 24 to 48 hours), ensuring the track is fully stabilized.
    • Test the Gate:
      • Once the concrete is cured, install the gate on the track.
      • Slide the gate along the track to ensure smooth operation and make any final adjustments as needed.
